Thank you to those families who submitted their 2019 online subject preferences by last week’s deadline. We will be working with homeroom leaders over the coming week to follow up the small number of students who still have their preferences outstanding. If you require assistance with this process, please contact your child’s homeroom leader, or Daniel (2019 Years 7-9) or Jodie (2019 Years 10 – 12), for advice on how to proceed.
We will shortly begin the process of building the 2019 timetable, with subject allocations and book lists communicated to families early in Term Four.
Booking information for next week’s interviews has now been communicated to families. If you did not receive this information, or you require special assistance in booking your interviews, please contact Melody Cuthbert for help.
To get the most out of these interviews, we strongly encourage that students are present and that they actively participate in the discussion. Please note that the interviews are five minutes in length, so if you require a longer discussion with your child’s teacher, we encourage you to make contact with the teacher in advance or as a follow up to your initial discussion on the night.
The interviews will take place in the Stadium at the following times:
There have been some slight changes to the format of the evening. We have instituted an earlier start and finish time, with a reduced dinner break for staff. The total number of interview slots available remains unchanged from the previous interview evenings.
Clancy Merrett, our Schoolbox expert, will be on hand in the foyer from 3:45-5:00pm on both evenings to provide any Schoolbox assistance you might need.
A reminder that Wednesday 15th of August is a student-free professional practice day.
