There are plenty of opportunities to get involved at Salesian College Sunbury. Connections within the College and wider community is vitally important to us. We have connections with our local parishes, schools, community groups, local charities and businesses.
We have an active Parent Engagement Group; parents who make a contribution towards the College, helping organise activities, workshops and small events. Recent initiatives included Music on the Mansion lawns at Twilight and planting days.
We would love current and prospective families to become part of this group. Interested? Email firstname.lastname@example.org. There are already a range
of great activities in progress for 2019.
One of the distinguishing features of Catholic education is the focus not only on providing quality education, but also forming the student as a person of integrity, compassion, faith, and self-conviction. This is achieved by encouraging students to work closely with community groups and participate in outreach or immersion experiences for the benefit of the whole community and the student’s personal development.
Social justice is a key area of
focus. Students are provided with opportunities throughout the year to be involved in community service programs and activities which help
to broaden minds and promote the concept of giving back to community. Click here for more information.
